By precisely controlling the rotational speed and direction of our disc and fan-shaped microfluidic chips, alongside integrated capillary, siphon, phase-change, and pneumatically assisted valves, we enable sequential loading of sample, lysis buffer, wash buffer, and elution buffer for automated nucleic acid extraction and purification.
Through our proprietary reagent freeze-drying process, we integrate pre-dispensed lyophilized beads directly into the microfluidic chips, enabling room-temperature storage and shipping.
For mass production, one-step injection molding and laser surface welding (vs. traditional laser line welding) are adopted to reduce costs and improve production stability and consistency.
