We creatively apply centrifugal microfluidic technology to integrate column-based nucleic acid extraction and ultra-multiplex qPCR reactions.

By precisely controlling the rotational speed and direction of our disc and fan-shaped microfluidic chips, alongside integrated capillary, siphon, phase-change, and pneumatically assisted valves, we enable sequential loading of sample, lysis buffer, wash buffer, and elution buffer for automated nucleic acid extraction and purification.

Through our proprietary reagent freeze-drying process, we integrate pre-dispensed lyophilized beads directly into the microfluidic chips, enabling room-temperature storage and shipping.

For mass production, one-step injection molding and laser surface welding (vs. traditional laser line welding) are adopted to reduce costs and improve production stability and consistency.

To deliver these technical capabilities, Chenghui Medical has developed a dedicated dual molecular POCT platform strategy:

Multi-Disc (Model: CQ-0404, Up to 28-plex): Delivers high-plex testing for severe infection diagnosis in hospital inpatient and ICU settings;

Flex-Disc (Model: CH-0104, Up to 16-plex): A portable system that enables rapid, flexible testing for outpatient and primary care settings.
