Each microfluidic chip integrates 7 independent qPCR amplification chambers, paired with 4 high-sensitivity fluorescence channels.

This architecture enables simultaneous qualitative detection of up to 28 distinct pathogens and antimicrobial resistance genes from a single patient sample. Flexible Throughput for All Scenarios

The instrument supports simultaneous testing of up to 4 samples per run, with flexible 1–4 sample loading configurations — no batch sample accumulation is required, and samples can be tested immediately upon arrival.

Proprietary Centrifugal Microfluidic System

We creatively apply centrifugal microfluidic technology to integrate column-based nucleic acid extraction and ultra-multiplex qPCR reactions on a single fan-shaped chip. By precisely controlling the rotation speed and direction of the microfluidic chip, and combining capillary valves, siphon valves, phase-change valves, and pneumatically assisted capillary valves, the system sequentially delivers samples, lysis buffers, wash buffers and elution buffers to automatically complete nucleic acid extraction and purification, ensuring extraction quality and detection sensitivity on par with centralized laboratory gold-standard methods.

Lyophilized Reagent Pre-embedding Technology

With our self-developed PCR reagent lyophilization process, we pre-embed stable lyophilized reagent beads in the microfluidic chip during production. This design enables room-temperature storage and transportation of all detection kits, eliminating reliance on cold chain logistics, and greatly reducing storage and distribution costs for facilities, especially remote sites and field testing scenarios.


High-Consistency Mass Manufacturing Process

For large-scale production, we adopt one-step injection molding and laser surface welding technology (replacing traditional laser line welding). This process improves chip sealing performance and batch-to-batch consistency, reduces production costs, and ensures stable, uniform product performance during large-scale supply.


High-Precision Optical & Temperature Control System

Equipped with 4 independent fluorescence channels and a high-precision temperature control module with ±0.5°C accuracy, the system supports real-time dynamic fluorescence detection.
